Retro Fighters Battler GC Pro Connection Guide for BlueRetro

Retro Fighters just released a new GameCube style controller with native bluetooth support.

The Battler GC Pro is a super comfortable controller with a GameCube layout.

We have tested compatibility and with just a few changes in the web config you can get it working perfectly with the GameCube internal blueretro receiver.

First you need to have your Battler GC Pro on at least firmware 1.2
download on the product page https://retrofighters.com/our-collection/battlergc-pro/

Now we setup the control layout in the web interface for blueretro

Connect using Chrome for Windows or Android blueretro.io go to the Advanced settings, and connect. (It may take several attempts to connect)

Scroll to the bottom and make the same changes that are highlighted, the src and dst labels makes it easier to see what is going on.

Once those changes have been made you can pair your Battler GC Pro
Hold Home and A to pair in X-input Mode
the controller should vibrate when paired,
once the controller is on hold home and b to enable the full pull triggers as stick buttons. then the controller will run fully as a GameCube controller with full pull buttons.
